The lead oxide screw conveyors produced by us, grants a high efficiency as roller levelling sheet obtains the troughs, obtaining a smooth surface and an accurate coupling with the inside flights. The screw conveyors are fit with the appropriate dimensions following plant type. Each screw conveyor is equipped with a continuous screw, which inverts its rotating sense to avoid any compression of the products transported on the head compromising its seal. Each screw conveyors is equipped with a support for the rotating check sensor.
Troughs
Available in modular length 500 to 8000mm .in mediumthickness made of mild steel.
Flights
Mild steel flights, continuous type, welded on centre pipe. The spiral is supported by ball
bearings and handled by a gear motor assembled on the final point of the screw
conveyor.
End bearings.
End bearings comprising felt seals to avoid the outlet of the product.
Ports.
Square or rectangular loading and discharge ports with perforated flanges.
OPTIONAL ITEMS.
Additional ports – support brackets – overflow hatches – manually operated slide valves.
