LEAD STRIP EXPANDER
This is the heart of the Expanded Metal Line. A completely NEW approach to EX-MET manufacturing. Through the use of 5 Electrical motors working together under a mathematical algorithm, this achieves a PERFECT expansion of the strip each and every time. Although the TITAN can run at speeds of up to 26 meters per minute, reliable, continuous and constant expansion is achieved at a speed of 23 m/min, thus guaranteeing a solid basis for calculating true production figures for production management. With an OEE of over 92%, the TITAN is becoming the obvious choice for EXMET Plate Manufacturing.
